How accurate are the translations? I can't check Arabic or Japanese.

Three layers: (1) you give us a glossary of course-specific terms that we lock so they're translated consistently, (2) a human quality pass on structure, timing and readability, and (3) an automated back-translation check on every language that flags cues where meaning may have drifted — those get re-translated before you ever see them. English and Thai we also review by hand. And every pilot includes one free re-run per language if something reads wrong to a native speaker on your side.

Isn't YouTube's auto-dubbing free? Why pay you?

It is free — and it's good at what it does. But you cannot edit YouTube's automatic dubs^[3], they only exist inside YouTube, and they don't give you subtitle files. If you sell on Udemy, Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific or your own site, you need SRT/VTT files you control. That's exactly what we deliver — and you can fix a line anytime, because the files are yours.

Who owns the files? What happens to my videos?

You confirm you own (or have rights to) the content you send. The subtitle files are 100% yours with no license, attribution or lock-in. We delete your source files within 30 days of delivery, and we never use your content to train any model.

Why is it so much cheaper than the market rate?

Agencies bill humans by the minute; per-minute tools meter you for every language separately. We run a tuned translation pipeline with a person supervising quality — not people typing cues — so our cost per course-hour is under a dollar, not $106–250.^[2] We pass that on as a flat per-course price instead of a running meter.

What exactly do I need to send you?

Ideally: video files (or a link to download them), and optionally an existing SRT/VTT in English if you already have captions — that speeds things up.
